The AAS Forms 1 and 3 as well as SW Forms 1 and 3 have been updated.  They are the Equipment and Manual Order Forms and Reports of New Membership/Initiations.

Make sure you destroy all previous versions of the forms and print off the new forms to use when reporting new membership or ordering new equipment.  The prices on various items have changed, and shipping and handling costs have been altered.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: You will NOT receive your items if you do not use the new forms available on the website.

The Silver Wings National Staff page has been updated. The contact information for all National Staff members is available on the National Staff page itself.
